At 48, actress Demi Moore has a body and face that women half her age envy.

While some claim Demi's ageless beauty is due to extensive plastic surgery, other sources insist Moore's wrinkle-free face is due to regular facial treatments that cost her over $150,000 a year.

Demi is so fond of Thermage skin-tightening treatments that she sometimes gets them several times a week, according to UK's Daily Mail.

Thermage, a non-invasive procedure that uses radio frequency to heat the deepest layers of the skin while keeping the surface cool, plumps up and firms the skin's appearance.

The procedure, which costs about $3,000 per treatment, reportedly stimulates collagen growth, resulting in skin that appears tighter and smoother.

While plastic surgeons recommend getting the procedure only once or twice a year, Demi, who's married to the much-younger Ashton Kutcher, 32, is reportedly so thrilled with the results that she sometimes gets the treatments more than once a week.

While experts claim there's no benefit to getting Thermage so often, the cost isn't prohibitive for Moore, who made $12 million per film at the height of her acting career (Note: Those expensive cosmetic procedures are likely tax-deductible since it's related to her job).

'PLASTIC SURGERY RUMORS HURT'

Moore is rumored to have gotten some $500,000 in cosmetic procedures over the years, including breast implants, a face lift, liposuction, a body lift and a knee cap lift. But the stunning mother of three has repeatedly denied getting surgeries.

"[The constant cosmetic surgery speculation] feels like schoolyard name-calling; it hurts," Moore said in May 2010. "Maybe one day I'll go under the knife. It just irritates me that people are constantly saying how much I've spent on plastic surgery."

Demi, who's leaner and more beautiful now than when she was in her 20s and 30s, credits her youthful good looks to an active lifestyle, a healthy, low-calorie diet and being happy.

To illustrated her message, Moore astonished fans when she posted photos of her slammin' bikini body on Twitter in August.
